From Passion to profession

Art has been the central thread woven throughout my life. Growing up in a family deeply entrenched in the art world, I was fortunate to be surrounded by creativity from an early age. My father, an accomplished artist and the founder of Wizard Gallery in Milan, instilled in me a profound appreciation for the arts. His passion continues to guide me in my professional journey.

From childhood, I was immersed in the vibrant world of galleries, exhibitions, and studios. The gallery, a labor of love for my father, became a second home where I absorbed the nuances of the art world—whether through watching him create or engaging with artists, collectors, and critics. This environment cultivated my deep understanding of the artistic process and the importance of supporting those who dedicate their lives to art.

As I grew older, I became actively involved in the gallery, taking on responsibilities in public communication, event organization, and media relations. These experiences shaped my skills and passion, solidifying my desire to blend my love for art with my professional ambitions.

A pivotal moment in my career was my involvement with the Marvel: Universe of Super Heroes exhibition in Basel, where I played a key role in bringing this large-scale cultural event to life. This experience further honed my skills in project coordination and event management, reinforcing my commitment to making cultural experiences accessible and impactful.

Building on this foundation, I launched Marta Gay Creative Consulting, driven by my lifelong passion for art and a desire to help others navigate the complex world of galleries, exhibitions, and cultural projects. As the founder, I bring to my work a deep love for the arts and the practical experience gained from years in the industry. Whether you’re an artist, a cultural institution, or a gallery, my goal is to provide guidance that is both informed and inspired.

Fluent in Italian, German, English, and Spanish, I am dedicated to building strong, trust-based relationships and helping my clients achieve their artistic visions.
